Hey y’all, and welcome to
Lively by Honey!
I’m MaryNell—“Honey” to my granddaughter and to anyone who could use a little extra sweetness. Lively by Honey is my love letter to living well, loving big, and finding joy even when life gets messy. After walking through deep valleys and still dancing in the kitchen, I created this space to share soulful, feel-good ways to live fully.
Here you’ll find plant-based bites, health and longevity tips, heart talk, and hopeful musings—all wrapped in southern charm with just the right touch of sass. It’s about thriving, not just surviving… and maybe even opening the heart to love again along the way.
So come on in and stay a while—you just might fall a little more in love with life.

Making Memories & Chasing Magic
Whether I’m twirling in the kitchen with my granddaughter, planning my next adventure, or savoring a sunset walk or bike ride, I believe life is meant to be played with. I want her to grow up knowing how to dance in the rain, love with her whole heart, and never be afraid to speak her truth.
These moments—big and small—are where life sparkles. I’m here for the giggles, the passport stamps, the beach days, and every sweet lesson I get to pass along.
Because joy isn’t a destination—it’s the magic we create along the way.
Come live lively with me—body, heart, and soul.
After beating cancer that invaded my pancreas and living fully without a pancreas, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t just about surviving—it’s about choosing to thrive.
I live with Type 1 diabetes, but I also live with purpose, energy, and gratitude.
A plant-based lifestyle fuels my days, and I believe every sunrise is a gift worth unwrapping with intention.
I’m passionate about longevity, feeling good in my skin, and falling in love with life—again and again. And in this new chapter, I’m opening my heart to love once more—playfully hopeful for someone who knows joy is best when it’s shared, and quietly believing in the kind of love that feels easy, true, and forever.
Around here, we don’t take a single heartbeat for granted.
