and who still wants to explore everywhere with me.


I want the kind of love that steadies the heartbeat and quiets the mind.

The kind that science says deepens sleep, lowers inflammation,

and quite literally heals us at the cellular level.


I want the kind of love that feels like peace and plays like joy —

a love that laughs loudly, forgives easily, and lingers softly.


Because true love doesn’t just live in the heart —

it lives in our chemistry, our sleep, our sense of safety.

It is biology and belonging intertwined.
