There’s something quietly lovely about always having your next Italian adventure waiting.

Not in a rushed or restless way…but in a soft, steady kind of knowing—that somewhere ahead of you, there will be cobblestone streets to wander, espresso to sip slowly, and moments you haven’t yet lived but already feel a little connected to.

It changes the way you move through your days.

The ordinary feels lighter.

The routine feels softer.

Even the hard days carry a small thread of hope woven through them… because you know something beautiful is coming.

And maybe that’s the real gift of it.

Not just the trip itself…but the way it teaches you to live before you ever arrive.

So I’ve learned to always have something waiting.

A place.

A plan.

A quiet promise to myself that there will be more to see, more to feel, more to become.

Because life isn’t only about the moments that take your breath away…it’s also about the anticipation of them.

The way your heart lifts just a little when you think about what’s ahead.

And perhaps that’s the sweetest part of all—

knowing that somewhere, not too far from now,

you’ll be walking down a street you’ve never seen before,

feeling completely at home in a life you chose to keep saying yes to.

With love… and a weakness for beautiful places and beautiful possibilities 💋
