Hey y’all — Honey here!

Ooh la la…

Let’s talk about something that fills my soul and stamps my passport: travel.

Not the chaotic, overstuffed kind (though I still pack too many shoes)—I mean the kind of travel that changes you. The kind that weaves itself into your soul’s scrapbook. 🌍

Travel isn’t just a break from routine—it’s a return to yourself.

Science even agrees! Exploring new places can boost brain health, build new neural pathways, lower stress, and give your immune system a little pep talk. Turns out, a croissant in Paris isn’t just delicious—it’s basically cognitive therapy with flaky layers.

But honestly? I don’t need a research paper to tell me that the scent of the sea, the hum of a new language, or a slow, curious stroll through unfamiliar streets is healing in ways nothing else is.

✨ I believe joy is a form of medicine.

✨ I believe relaxation is wildly productive.

✨ I believe wonder wakes us up.

And y’all—there’s nothing more magical than seeing the world through a baby’s eyes.

This weekend, I’ll be beachside in Mexico with my granddaughter, and vacations with her are already my favorite chapters: tiny sandy toes, salty kisses on chubby cheeks, and laughter that rolls louder than any crashing wave. She is pure delight—the smartest, sweetest, prettiest little soul—and watching her discover the world reminds me that the best souvenirs aren’t things… they’re moments.

Now, let’s be honest—travel evolves. These days, I’m not hand-in-hand with a partner or flirting under moonlight on a shared balcony. And sure, sometimes that brings a twinge of longing. But solo adventures? Oh, they are sacred. They’ve taught me I don’t need a plus-one to live boldly.

In three short weeks, I’ll be wandering the streets of Paris. And I can barely contain myself. 🇫🇷✨

I’m proud of myself for not waiting. Not holding back. Not putting my life on pause for anyone else’s timing. I’m traveling for me. For the dreamer in me. The adventurer. The woman who knows that a Crème Brûlée eaten alone in Paris is still a celebration.

So you’ll find me there—ordering dessert first, dancing through cobblestone alleys in sensible shoes, soaking up the beauty that stretches the spirit.

💛 Because travel doesn’t just take you places—it transforms you.

You come home softer. Braver. Freer. You come home full of stories and sun and spark—and if you’re lucky, you come home with more you than you left with.

So wherever you’re headed next—whether it’s far away or just down the road—I hope you chase wonder. I hope you breathe beauty in deeply. And I hope you say yes to adventures that whisper, this is who you are becoming.

As for me? I’ll be chasing sunshine, slow mornings, and one sugar nugget—my granddaughter—who reminds me every day that the world is still full of magic, waiting to be discovered with joy.

With sunscreen, smiles, and a suitcase full of happy,

Honey 🍯💛
