“Time isn’t something we can buy back—and fear isn’t always the enemy. This is your reminder to live boldly, love bravely, and start now.” 💛

We can buy love, beauty, even healing… but not time.

And fear? It’s not the enemy—it might be the guide.

Here’s why I choose to let fear move me instead of holding me back. 💛✨

Hey y’all — Honey here.

I was on a walk this afternoon when that old song “Time Is On My Side” got stuck in my head—and it got me thinking.

We talk a lot about the things money can buy—experiences, healing, beauty, even comfort in lonely moments. But there’s one thing it can’t touch:

Time.

It doesn’t matter how successful you are, how smart, how prepared—you don’t get a refund on the minutes you give away. Once they’re spent, they’re gone. You don’t get a redo.

And that, more than anything, has me thinking about fear.

Because while time quietly slips by, fear is often the thing holding the clock hostage.

It tells us to wait.

To overthink.

To not make the call, or say what we really feel, or take the trip, or show up fully.

But here’s the question I keep coming back to:

What if fear isn’t the stop sign?
What if it’s the starting line?

What if the presence of fear means we’re standing at the edge of something that truly matters?

It’s funny how many of us treat fear as something to be avoided—when maybe, just maybe, it’s the very thing pointing us toward our next big step. Not away from danger, but toward possibility.

And here’s the beautiful part:

The first time you choose to act in spite of fear, something shifts.

The fear loses its grip.

Courage takes root.

And suddenly, instead of feeling like time is against you...

Time is on your side.

Because now, you’re living. Not just existing. Not just waiting for perfect clarity or the right conditions.

You’re using the time you’ve been given with intention—With a full heart.

With curiosity.

And with a little bit of wildness… and perhaps some reckless abandon.

So, my reminder to you—sweet soul reading this:

💛 Don’t be afraid of fear.

đź’› Be afraid of letting time slip away because you never dared to try.

Let fear be your compass.

Let time be your most honored companion.

And let love—real love, brave love, honest love—find you in motion, not waiting.

With grace and grit,

Honey 🍯
